Resep Gyoza

BAHAN :

  • 200 Gr Daging Paha Ayam
  • 100 Gr Udang
  • 150 Gr Kol Cingcang
  • 3 Sdm Daun Bawang Cingcang
  • 1 Ruas Jahe Parut
  • 1 Sdt Bawang Putih Parut
  • 2 Sdt Kecap Asin
  • 2 Sdt Gula
  • 1/2 Sdt Garam
  • 1/2 Sdt Lada Putih
  • 3 Sdm Air
  • 1 Tsp Minyak Wijen
  • 3 Sdm Minyak
  • 1 Pack Kulit Pangsit

DIPPING SAUCE :

  • 5 Cabe Merah Keriting
  • 1 Bawang Putih
  • 1 Sdt Garam
  • 1 Sdm Gula
  • 2 Sdm Cuka
  • 1 Cup Air
